AGRIBANK to Launch Service Improvement Campaign

AGRIBANK is working to institute an awareness campaign amongst its customers and employees, about the drive of the Bank to involve them in the company’s service improvement program. The said move shall start with a simple activity through a Suggestion Box campaign in all branches, including the Business Development Office. The campaign aims to improve the Bank’s communication line with its existing customers and to encourage its employees to share ideas on productivity, cost-efficiency, service improvement, and even give feedback on compliance to company rules and regulations. Through this initiative, it will bring the AGRIBANK Management closer to both customers and employees by immediately responding to the items they will bring to the Bank’s attention.
The Bank seeks help from its customers and employees to serve them better by humbly asking them to spare some of their time in giving their feedback or share suggestions regarding the Bank’s service through filling-up of feedback forms to any of AGRIBANK branches nationwide. The target launching of the said move will be on June 2015.
